You can install it with Wooxy.
NOTE : SEMI-FIXED FOR PATCH 5.17
WORKING ONLY ON SR AND ARAM

hello. thanks for your efforts.. I really appreciate’em. but sadely, the announcer pack isn’t working I installed it through the skin>add package> install. the installation process went successfully but in game, the announcer remains the same old boring woman.. I would appreciate a fix for this issue. thanks

Some guys have problems, for me ARAM mode don’t have voices, i’m still working for fix 3vs3 map ^^
