Wooxy is our software made by Chewy that let you install every skin (maps or champions) for League of Legends.
Wooxy combines three main ideas: safety, speed and simplicity.
Features
- Wooxy installs quickly custom skins on all classic servers (NA, EUW, EUNE, LA, BR, RU, TU, OC, KR, PBE and Garena).
- Wooxy makes sure that patches won’t break your game even if you keep your skins installed before updating LoL.
- Wooxy makes available a bunch of tools that help people make their own custom skins (tools are still being developed).
Requirements
You must be running on Windows (Vista or higher) and Microsoft .NET Framework (4.5 or higher) has to be installed on your machine.

Hi, the format used in Howling Abyss and other maps is the NVR file. I partially know how to read this file but there are still unknown stuff like lights or multiple textures! I hope someday I’ll be able to provide a working opener for the NVR files, but I need some time xD
Magma chamber would be a big challenge indeed since we have 0 textures from this map, so you’d have to do it from scratch! Good luck😀

Well I noticed Avast doesn’t like the new Wooxy, I don’t know why. Also, keep in mind that even if Avast detects a virus, that doesn’t mean there’s a virus… I’d never put a virus in Wooxy.

It was better that in the old Wooxy we had list of new skins or other stuff, but now it changes pictures 1by1 and you have to wait to see something new… Give us back the old list (was on the right side of program) of new skins and features😀

I downloaded the TSM riven skin a while back, and I uninstalled everything but the TSM riven skin along with the picture of the TSM Riven skin replacing riven’s normal picture still being there. Even after this new patch installation it’s still there, any way to fix?

If I use the Extractor, then he unzipped the Lol files and the files of the mods that are not installed or are no longer included.

Hello, I wanted to un-install my Frozen Rift skin and my Custom Champion Skins that I downloaded. I uninstalled wooxy, and the frozen rift skin is gone, however my champion skins are still present even though I have deleted wooxy and all files related to the champion skins. I have re-downloaded wooxy and installed and uninstalled all of them again but I still have the custom skins. Any tips to fix this please?

Hello une erreur est survenue provoquant le même soucie, wooxy ne trouve pas un le fichier rads/projects/lol_games client/release/0.0.1.59
j’ai donc simplement renommé le fichier 0.0.1.58 en .59 et le problème a l’air résolue

Hoy, désolé du temps de réponse, je suis un peu à l’ouest en ce moment.
Je met systématiquement le client du jeu à jour avant de lancer wooxy qui devrait s’update en fonction, j’ai vérifié sur le site yu-work ( Yurixy work ca reste plus classe que mapskin >_>) si il n’y avait pas un patch à ddl (ou simplement re-ddl l’appli)
J’ai donc suivie la bonne route mais rencontré cette erreur, ce qui m’a amené à la signaler

(Pour Chewy) Patch 6.4, aucun problème à signaler, les fichiers du jeu se sont mis à jour correctement, wooxy n’a pas rencontré d’erreur, le fait que j’ai renommé manuellement un des fichiers au préalable n’a pas été impactant.

Hello! I have been using Wooxy for Garena PH. At first, it worked for me but ever since I upgraded to Windows 10, it won’t install my maps or skins anymore. Even if I install the skin and it says “installed” but when I go in game, nothing changes! I tried everything. I reinstalled skins, reinstalled Wooxy, and even LoL all over again. Same steps, no changes. It appears that it only creates backup of the files, however it does not install the custom skin itself. Please help me. I tried everything, but to no avail. Do I have to go back to Windows 8 in order for Wooxy to work?

Seems like Wooxy cannot access the internet. Check if there’s no firewall or anti virus that prevent Wooxy from downloading files.

Is it possible to change the weather of Summoner’s Rift dynamically? On blue side of the jungle we have rain, on red side we have sun light. The idea is that if your team is losing, or a inhibitor is destroyed, starts raining on your base, until the inhibitor comes back. Or when the enemy team has baron, it rains on your base. Something like that. I believe it would be cool to have the map to react to the battle.

For those who want Wooxy to work with Garena, follow these steps:
(1) Install Wooxy, extract rar and launch
(2) Wooxy will now ask for your Lol Directory. C:\Program Files (x86)\GarenaLoL\GameData\Apps\LoL
(3) To avoid errors from occurring, close your Lol client and run Wooxy as Adminstrator

Hello, sorry for the late answer. Here’s a link to the old Wooxy http://www.mediafire.com/download/ard5jn4pf1w584a/Wooxy_old.zip Wooxy will tell you a new version is available when you launch it, just ignore it and everything should work properly. And it’s also pretty strange the files extractor doesn’t work for Windows XP, I don’t remember, do you have an error message or something?

What worked for me was uninstalling Wooxy, downloading the latest version, extracting the .zip and running the installer as administrator. Hope this helps

Wooxy does work for Garena. I think you are selecting the wrong folder. The folder to select is usually: ” C:\Program Files (x86)\GarenaLoL\GameData\Apps\LoL”

Ok. I think you won’t be able to modify your HUD only by adding this kind of overlay. I mean, the texture used in game works differently.
First, try to extract the original file (creation tools > get files) and try to find the texture from the NEW HUD, then extract it. Once you’ve done that, adapt what you did on Photoshop to the original texture. And once you’ve fully adapted it, add this texture on the import skin window and install your skin.
This should take some time. Good luck!

A few quality of life suggestions that would be greatly appreciated:
- Have some way to sort the order skins are listed in the gallery, whether it’s alphabetically or by champion. I have several dozen skins that I switch out depending on what I want to use, so it can get kind of hard to track where each skin is
- Allow editing of the skin name/author/images after it’s been created. A lot of times I want to add screenshots of a skin after I install it, or I need to change the name to provide more details on it. Right now, I can’t edit the skin after it’s been made, so I need to delete it and recreate it just to make minor changes
- When importing a skin, if you add a duplicate file, it skips over it but doesn’t tell you which file was skipped. It’d be nice it if told you which file was skipped, since I occasionally make edits to some skin files, and when I try to add them back in it automatically skips them since the original skin already had those files. If it specified which files were skipped, it’d be easier to delete/replace them

Hello, thanks for your comment. I agree about the list of skins, this is a good idea.
For the second one, I plan to create a complete tool for mods makers! Allowing to modify skins info would let everyone change what the creator entered, so this editing possibility will be provided with the creation tool!
And for the 3rd idea, looks a bit tricky (the code already handles many cases where files are duplicated :D), so I don’t know yet. Adding a list of skipped files wouldn’t be so hard though.

Can’t uninstall some skins from Wooxy right now, when I try to click the designated skins (Socr4tes’ Old Spells/Old Champ Splash Arts/ Old HP bar) and Chewy’s Original Summoner’s Rift- which I had installed previously before patch 5.16 and tried reinstalling for 5.16 to enable the skins; it won’t let me uninstall them- but a few others had worked.

I’m having some issues about uninstalling some skins… i’ve just downloaded the skin “azir of the blue sands” ( http://leaguecraft.com/skins/63703-azir-of-the-blue-sands.xhtml ) and it did not work, when I went to uninstall the skin, the button “uninstall” did not work with that particular skin. when I tend delete this skin gives a message CRITICAL ERROR and wooxy closes. the biggest problem of all is that I can no longer install other azir skins, because I can not uninstall/delete the skin that is buggy. PLS HELPPPP

Hello! I recently started using the new Wooky client, and it is well over ten times better than other skins / mods installers.
I noticed there is a creation tools tab, which allows me to extract and modify game files to make my own creations. My question to you is, how in the world do I make a skin and export it to a wxy file for the client to use? Assuming I do have understanding oh directories and editing programs, do you think you could make or link me to a tutorial on this? Thanks!

Hi, the current way of doing this is through the “Skins” window: if you click “Import skin”, you’ll be able to add your files and save your skin in wxy format. However, this current way isn’t so practical for skin creators (because we need to save a new skin everytime we want to test it), this is why I’m currently creating a totally new screen made for skin creators that will simplify many processes!

That’s how it works yes. This way, nothing is corrupted and you can reinstall your skins when you reopen Wooxy.

Suggestions/questions:
Will Wooxy ever include an option to select which bases a skin will override? By this I mean having a custom skin not just override the base, but a(ny) selected skin(s), too? I used SUI for a long while, and the option to choose which skins (not just base) to override was simply great. Then, for whatever reason, my SUI became unable to do this anymore except for a few select skins (Like Nu-13 Irelia), so I was wondering if this feature would ever return here in Wooxy instead.
I haven’t checked too much into it yet, but am I capable of selecting which parts of an added skin I want installed? (Ex. A recent Jinx skin has a beautiful re-texture, but horrid particle effects.) So is it possible to only select those certain files? Again speaking from SUI experience, which had a little check-box in which you could adjust what you wanted.

from my experience, the skins stay installed. when you start up wooxy again, it uninstalls most skins. but you can simply install it again since its saved in the list.

Most Leaguecraft Skins don’t get updated very often so it’s less likely Wooxy and more likely that the skin is bad

the option to change the installation path directory.
i may not want to install it to my C: drive, and there doesn’t seem to be the option to install it elsewhere.
unless there is some reason it has to be installed to C?
i personally have league and the vast majority my games and applications installed on another drive, & for neatness would like Wooxy to be in my games folder with league on that drive, but without the option to install it elsewhere, i cannot do this.😦
