Galio with Improved animations and Enchanted Galio Reworked!

I really really love galio, but I hate his animations. I really really like the animations for the GateKeeper so I used those on the regular skins! And i REALLY love the Enchanted Galio loading screen but the skin looks absolutely nothing like it so I fixed it. (which was a pain in the *** to do)
