Neon Santa Veigar!
This is my first finished skin, and it’s for my favorite Veigar skin!
This is just a simple little recolor of Bad Santa Veigar, and I’ve made it bright with these Neon colors! I didn’t recolor any particles, as I like them the way they are. I really do hope you enjoy this skin!

Download and Install:
You can install this skin with Wooxy:
1. Download Neon Santa Veigar.
2. In Wooxy, click “Skins” > “Import skin” > “Add package” and select the downloaded zip file.
3. Your skin is now imported in Wooxy, you can install it by selecting it in the list and clicking “Install”.

If you rename the .skn .skl .dds (of his texture) and .blnd of the santa veigar to the counterparts of the base veigar it will work for base; however, i dont think the chimney will appear unless its in the .skn itself.

although the particles wont be transferred. you can actually replace most of the particles with the santa ones. i see you already asked the master himself on discord, so good luck
