You can install this skin with Wooxy.
- 1. In Wooxy, click “Skins” > “Import Skin” > “Add Package” and select the downloaded zip file.
- 2. Your skin is now imported in Wooxy, you can install it by selecting it in the list and clicking “Install”.

I personally like this skin a lot, but when ever I install it, it replaces any Riven skin I have active. Why does it do this?

Project irelia might use some files which your riven skin uses and therefor uninstalls it.
you could however, do this: download project irelia when you will play irelia and install the riven skin when you will play riven.. hope this will help ;)

I don’t know about the custom PROJECT skins. It just feels incomplete without the altered VO (like Yasuo, Lucian, Leona, Zed, etc.). Is there any way to alter their VO’s to make them sound more robotic, I guess i’ll see about this.

It’s just an irelia with PROJECT: Fiora body… Could you create your own designs instead of just taking Riot created bodies and make it your own one? ….It has so much “counterfeit” feelings when a PROJECT: Fiora stands beside this “Fake PROJECT: Fiora”.

Wow! dude.. calm down.. xD is that supposed to be offending? also.. we are trying to make our own models.. but you should appreciate the things we have made.. cause this is a legendary skin compared to a lot of other skins.. so wait.. and see our great works in the future..

Nobody is asking for these, we dont have to appreciate the copies of actual skins with a small miniscule low quality change to them as a legitimate thing, I see all the recolor bullshit from green to blue red purple whatever, and this is in no way more special than one of those shitty recolors.
All of the shit on this site except for map skins is holding actual talented artists back from taking custom league skins serious, all of this makes it feel so cheap and worthless and thats why we’ll never have an art community the way Dota has, and that saddens me, because we’ll never be able to “wait” and “see great works in the future”

If you don’t like it, don’t use it, simple as that. Why compare Dota where custom skins are legit and paid versus Riot which not officially support skins made by players, it’s impossible to compare one to another. Everyone here makes skin for free, not paid like Dota, if you don’t like them, it’s your opinion. Saying the work of others is shit just makes you look bad, no matter if you can do it better or not. You should respect the work of others for your own reputation’s sake.

Used it for a while and have a thought, particle not “PROJECT” enough. Can make v2 with even more “PROJECT” look alike particles?

Yes, we could but irelia’s particles are really simple and it’s hard to edit them. And ATM we are currently working on a gigantic project so we dont have much time
