Yep that one is made by King-Nyan that is another Noire they both look very alike but they are not the same
That one is ehhh… Orbital-P Black Heart but mine is Stone Grey-P Black Heart

There might be problem with your wooxy and it happen before with add package option so can you download the lastes version of wooxy and try Import skin>add package a again
