Yes, if you install this you will see other players using Ahri default skin as the Pool Party Ahri.

How to install with .rar then?

If you’re using Wooxy select “+Import skin” then “Add a package” then select the .rar. If you’re using Wooxy i recommend just using the .wxy file. If you encounter any problems installing the .rar refer to this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LJqjhT-JJ-U
If you’re using Skin Installer Ultimate then click on the “=Add New Skin=” tab then click “Add files” to the right. Select the .rar file in the pop-up window. After that click “Add to DataBase”. Now switch to the “=Install Existing Skin=” tab and select the skin you just added. Click “Install” on the bottom left.Your League of Legends client should be updated and closed during this entire process. I still prefer using Wooxy to install skins though because you get bugs during patches and updates to your League client.

I just downloaded it on 5.24 and it didn’t work. The character model was really glitchy and was stretching everywhere. ANy ideas?

Did you try installing using the .rar? Sometimes Wooxy skips files when adding. The stretches means that the .skl was not imported properly.

Currently Wooxy skips some of the files in the .rar, so I compiled a .wxy file to make it easier to install using Wooxy:
