Project: Project (Part 2)
Hello Guys. Leischii here with Part 2 of the Project: Project. Today I present you Project Zed and Project Lucian.
Things to know:
Project Zed:
-Custom skin replaces base Zed
-Has fully working animations (except the shadow Q)
-New sounds for Backport and Ult (E has sounds but aa’s and Q’s don’t have any on hit sounds)
Project Lucian:
-Custom skin replaces Base Lucian or Hired Gun Lucian
-Has new particles for q,w and e (AA’s and Ult shots use the textures on the overwritten skin [Base Lucian=Blue, Hired Gun Lucian=Orange])
-New sounds for Backport
Unlike the Fiora skin, Zed and Lucian have voices but not the new Project voiceover

Now the bad part of the Project: Project!
Leona and Yi don’t look like they will work in the near future. Yi actually works with ALL particles and uses his completely new texture when he ults…But when the ult isn’t activated his textures bug and his sword is fully extended. Leona doesn’t work AT ALL. Her shield and weapon are bugged, her particles don’t work. the only thing that works is her backport and the new texture.
As result: If I can’t fix Master Yi and Leona, then this will be already the end of the Project: Project. I really hope that I can fix them but it looks really bad for them.

Hello mate, abit of help i do need. Can you put your file not in wooxy format, so i can see how you added your particles/animations? Or atleast tell me what im doing wrong. Whenever i add particles wooxy usually skips alot of them, and when in game the particles dont work at all or the skin goes crazy. any ideas?

You have to go into the options in wooxy and enable “allow adding new files” or something like that. When you add new files you also need to check that option. Then it should work. But you have to add the full path so no just “(Champion)_Base_Cm_tx”. You need something like “lol_game_client/DATA/Characters/(Champion)/Skins/Base/Particles/(Champion)_Base_Cm_tx” Then all should work. And also check if all files were added. Wooxy sometimes says it added all files but when you see all files listed after this message some might miss

QUICK UPDATE: For everyone who is asking: “Can you fix?” “Can you Update?”
Actually: No! Since I started making this skins my only goal was to skip the time until the Skins hit the live Server. When they get patched you can buy them OR use MK Lol what is way better then my skins could ever be.
So please always remember that I WON’T UPDATE my skins anymore when the new Live-Server-Patch has arrived.
PS: Atm I’m working on Ironside Malphite and he’s working pretty good except sounds(Just his Backport does even have new sounds so it’s not a problem) AND the Q wheel is invisible. You still can see the trail so it’s not like you would see nothing but there is no wheel. Will Upload the skin here when I finished it or don’t want to work on it anymore^^

Project Lucian seems to have a bug when i use it. There are no sound effects for his abilities. he still grunts and has dialog, just no sounds. I’m over-writing the base skin. It may be because I bought the chroma pack for him, although I do have it set to default (the skin won’t display correctly when using a riot chroma anyway). Maybe it’s because of the recent LoL 5.18 patch. I also had to re-install wooxy recently because a error prevented it from loading. I have experience installing skins so I’m sure i did it right. I have re-installed the skin several times and it still won’t work. The cyber ninja skin works just fine. i will let you know if i am able to fix the problem on my own.

I tried everything I could think of, but the sounds still won’t play. If it was a zip file I could unpack it and poke around a bit, but as it is i don’t know how to open this kind of file. I also just noticed that i have the default particles for q, w, and e. the whole thing seems to be bugged.

I keep replying to myself just to keep the comments together.
The sounds and particles both are messed up. Would you mind removing them until you find a way to fix them? The skin alone is enough to satisfy most people, i’m sure. Not everyone needs the fancy particles, and it’s worth doing without them for a while while you get em sorted out. thanks for all your hard work, sorry to bug you.

I think you missunderstood what my goal is with this skins. I only make this skins to pass the time until they hit live. When the Patch is out, i won’t update any skins. I recomment u to use MK LoL and get the skin from there. It is way better then my custom skins because it supports 90% of the time a fully working skin without any bugs(Sometimes they might have little bugs and i wouldn’t try the ultimate skins). So pls use this program and don’t ask for fixes. Also if you would have read the comments you would have known that there weren’t any sounds since the release of my skins.

So
I tried to fix Zed until now and Update him.But I just wasn’t able to fix the bugs with zed’s normal Q and shadow Q.I managed to update his Ult indicator and add his new Death animation but I won’t release this Update until I fixed at least one of the existing bugs. I’m sorry that you guys have to wait for this update but I just don’t feel good to release the skin like that.Please be patient.I will comment again when I can say more.

Got a problem, No ability sounds at all only on Q for Lucian base, the Hired has same problem just with his normal sounds instead of total mute

Euhm, you realise THIS is not allowed? you can make your shitty little texture edit and call it a classic skin, you cannot RIP fucking RITO CONTENT and make it replace the base skins, like seriously, this is against the ToS

Don’t know what u read in the ToS but it is allowed. It wouldn’t be allowed if I earned money with this or said it were my own created textures. If you saw Part 1 of the project skins you would have seen that I already said that these aren’t my skins and I only take files from the PBE and patch them to live. If this wouldn’t be allowed then all custom skins that are: recolors, use the base skeleton or use just one file of the original lol content would be not allowed. But if you are that sure it isn’t allowed then pls send me the link to the ToS part where this is said

Yeah like I said in Part 1: What I’m doing is taking files from the PBE and patch them as custom skins for live server until they get released. I don’t own any of this textures.

That’s already an existing skin and i don’t have it. What I could do is updating the skin if it doesn’t work in the new patch if you send me a link to download it.

What? what do you mean by that. There shouldn’t be any sounds and zed shadow q is normal base q. That’s what I stated as bugs.

I know, I’m saying that nothing is wrong other than what was stated. Just saying there are no other faults at all out there with the skin, IE the person in the first Project who had a problem with Cho feasting on supers.

I will try to. If I’m right it work for the first pbe patch but when I updated the skin to the latest pbe patch this happend. So replacing files from patch one (should) fix it
