Install:
You can install this skin with Wooxy:
1. You can download 2 versions: “Day” or “Night“. Extract the zip after having downloaded.
2. In Wooxy, click “Skins” > “Import skin” > “Add package” and select the extracted WXY file.
3. Your skin is now imported in Wooxy, you can install it by selecting it in the list and clicking “Install”.

Because the butcher bridge was a separate map. Now it’s gone so you can’t deinstall it cuz it’s files are gone too, I think.

I was wondering why this map is only available on HD, I’m trying to earn a few fps on Howling Abyss, and so far this is the only map that might become handy.
If this map is only on HD, does day is better than night or is the same? (I’m talking about fps only)

Check if a small shield icon appear in the side of the URL saying it’s blocking scripts. You have to permit access to that “blocking shield” to be able to download with SIU.

I’d like to know if it is just a problem for me but the Flying Ship map was working perfectly and since the new patch (4.17) I am back to the normal map but somehow I didnt get any error messages when starting an ARAM game. I tried to uninstall and reinstall but without success…

Nvm got it to work. Use firefox, when u get the dropshit link click on the shield next to it and enable it. It then works like a charm. Thanks

The download html file is hosted on Dropbox (https) but references a script via http. The script is being blocked by most browsers because of this. Hosting the script on Dropbox as well may solve this.

So i checked you troubleshoot and opened SUI as admin and my browser, ichecked all my plugins and deactivated them and i also checked all my windows update, but still when i cllick the link it won’t download or add anything to the SUI Programm

Really sorry about that (This is the same anonymous btw). The problem was actually due to me being in chrome. It also did not let me see the comments I was posting when I was in chrome so I accidentally posted two.
As for the links, I just quickly used Firefox and they worked fine, but Chrome still does not work. Sorry for the annoyance.

Just a question, what resolution is the actual HA resolution? I got SD and it seems… More pixely then the regular HA. Maybe its just because of the textures, but I was just wondering. Thanks!

Hello. As the tutorial says, HD is only double for SR. For TT and HA, HD means the same, since their graphics are much better than SR. (also because HD is 4x larger file size, it would be like 80mb, which would be very bad for our host quotas and not noticeable in-game).

I’m having a problem, I installed SIU, then when I try to download the map (any definition, using Google Chrome), SIU just download 3 files: http://img20.imageshack.us/img20/2792/35h0.png

I re-installed both siu and chrome, and still not working D: Are there any alternative ways to download these maps? One thing i notice when i do click download though, a temporary url pops up with dropbox.

Nevermind, I managed to fix the issue. It was a problem with an earlier install of a custom UI. These custom skins are working great though. Thanks so much for these awesome skins!😀

The skins work, however, when I log off and try opening up league again, I get encountered with an error saying “Possible data corrupted” or something like that and I’m force to press Ok and go with the repair. If I press Quit, it just exits. So, basically, these skins only work until I log off.. I’m guessing this is wrong on Riot’s end?

When you say download in a new folder what do you mean? like when i re-install it just create a new folder and put it in there?

When you run SIU, it automatically creates the browser protocol. I suggest you try to click the button “Use with Websites” inside SIU or if don’t work, try to reinstall either SIU or/and one of the browsers you use (Firefox or Chrome). Don’t forget to make backup of your browser favorites and saved passwords before.

Olá Mariya. Eu sempre testo os mapas aqui e to jogando normal com eles. Recomendo você desinstalar os mods até descobrir qual deles é o culpado. Skins de mapa eu to usando elas no momento sem problemas, então pode ser talvez ou o mod de UI, ou o outro “sweet”.
Edit: Tentei instalar Magic Rift aqui pra testar e deu o mesmo erro que deu pra você. Vamos investigar mais sobre isso. Pode ser que seja algo específico de alguns mapas ou de algum componente achado nos mapas feitos pelo Chewbacca, ou ainda uma mudança nos servidores do LOL que está ocasionando isso.

I did what you said and now when hit download I get this message that pop ups after i hit the download link. “Firefox doesn’t know how to open this address, because the protocol (skininstallerultimatelgg) isn’t associated with any program.” Any idea how to fix this specific problem?

Make sure that SiU 4.25 is installed and opened on your computer before you click on the link. If it’s the case, try to re-install SiU in another folder.

omg been trying for an hour to download one skin but it just refreshes the page. I disabled all plug ins on chrome and firefox and it still doesn’t work.

If your SIU is open and browser extensions disabled, then I’m not sure what is happening. I can only suggest you either re-install SIU (uninstall all skins, delete them after uninstalling, then deleting the SIU folder and re-downloading it) or re-install one of the two browsers (don’t forget to make a backup of your favorites, password list, etc if you wish). The links here will call SIU as explained in this Tutorial.

Very nice as always. I think actually prefer the vibrant day version this time (usually use Night almost always), though I can see myself using the night version, well, at night . Probably because the colorful look is a much bigger contrast to what HA is by default. I also think this is the first Howling Abyss reskin I’ve seen myself. Thanks for making it!
